Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Upselling: Proactively identify and act on opportunities to upsell additional services or upgrades that add value to the client experience.
- Client Service & Communication: Provide end-to-end support to both walk-in and pre-booked clients, from welcoming and explaining policies to accompanying them and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Documentation & Payment Processing: Accurately collect, verify, and input client information, handle payments, and complete daily financial reporting.
- Vehicle Handling & Inspection: Conduct vehicle handovers, inspections, and assist clients with damage claims to ensure a smooth and professional process.

Qualifications, Work Experience and Requirements:
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales-focused role.
- Driving license B for both manual and automatic vehicles.
- IT Proficiency: Comfortable using tablets, email, and basic office software tools.
Employment Conditions:
- In-person full-time position based in Malta.
- Salary: Basic Salary + Commission amounting between €25,000 - €30,000 yearly based on satisfactory performance - Commission is not capped
- Working hours: Shift schedule spread Monday to Sunday - day-in/day-out. 8.30am-8.30pm. With after hours once a week on average.
