In this role, you will be instrumental in coaching leadership teams, helping them implement effective business management systems and processes into their organizations. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on businesses across Malta and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching leadership teams on the introduction and integration of business management systems and processes.
• Working closely with top management to enhance accountability and efficiency within their organizations.
• Acting as a Fractional Integrator for specific clients.

• A genuine passion for helping people and developing leadership skills.
• Self-confident and comfortable in discussing people issues, whether of a professional or personal nature.
• Able to build trust, hold leaders accountable, and lead others towards problem-solving.
• Proficient in teaching and presenting.
• Experienced in forming teams, including hiring, performance management & firing.
• Experienced in business planning and tracking.

Qualifications and Work Experience:

• A Master's degree in management, finance, or a technical field.
• At least 3 years experience in a management position.

Contract, Location, Salary and Benefits:

• A full-time position, primarily based in Malta with occasional travel to European clients.
• Starting salary of €65,000 gross per year, increasing to €80,000 within 18 months.
• Flexible working hours.
