Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's strategic sales plans 
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, with a direct responsibility in generating own sales based on defined targets.
  • Manage the marketing plan to generate a regular flow of leads.
  • Oversee and refine the sales and marketing processes.
  • Build a structured Sales function and later on build own team.
  • Form part of the leadership team and actively contribute towards key decisions.

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales at Management level
  • Selling small/medium projects in a technical field
  • Experience leading a small team
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on sales and marketing data.
  • A solid track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Contract and Location

  • A full-time position based in Malta. ONLY individuals already able to work in the EU area urged to apply.
  • Work will require daily in-person presence at the office
