What You’ll Do
- Own Fleet Operations: You’ll plan and coordinate vehicle preparation, making sure every booking and walk-in client receives a spotless, well-maintained vehicle.
- Champion Quality: You’ll oversee inspections and proactively spot areas for improvement in cleanliness and maintenance.
- Deliver Outstanding Service: You’ll provide end-to-end support, resolve complaints quickly, and work closely with our customer care team to ensure every client leaves happy.
- Keep Us Organised: You’ll maintain accurate daily records in our IT systems, ensuring timely updates and smooth communication with head office.
- Collaborate & Communicate: You’ll work with car washers, repairs, and other team members to keep operations running smoothly.
- Act on Feedback: You’ll listen to clients and take action to address any vehicle issues, always striving to improve our service.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Be fluent in English (written and spoken); any other languages are considered a plus!
- Driving license B (manual & automatic)
- At least 1 year experience in a customer facing role.
- Comfortable using IT devices and basic software such as e-mail and CRM.
Employment Conditions
- Full-time, in person in Malta
- 4 days Mon-Fri, 1 day Sat/Sun
- Competitive salary package according to experience.
