As we continue to grow, We are seeking a experienced Audio Technician to support audio operations for corporate events, conferences, meetings, and presentations. The successful candidate will ensure clear, reliable, and high-quality sound for speakers, panels, and multimedia presentations.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of AV experience in live events, corporate conferences, or similar high-demand environments.

  • Proven track record in event Audio system set-ups, troubleshooting, and operational support.

  • Experience with sound systems used in corporate or conference environments

  • Strong understanding of speech-focused audio and presentation sound needs

  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work calmly under pressure in live event settings


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and dismantle audio systems for conferences, meetings, and corporate events

  • Manage microphones (lapel, handheld, headset), mixers, PA systems, and conferencing audio systems

  • Conduct sound checks to ensure clear speech and consistent audio levels

  • Monitor live audio during events and make real-time adjustments

  • Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and discreetly to minimize disruption

  • Work closely with event managers, AV teams, and presenters

  • Maintain and safely handle audio equipment following industry standards

Additional Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Physically able to lift and set up AV equipment and valid driver’s license B and ability to travel between sites.

  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards in AV considered an asset.

  • Able to work in the EU and Malta.
