What You’ll Do
Drive sales & upselling: Spot opportunities to offer upgrades or additional services that genuinely enhance each client’s experience.
Deliver exceptional client service: Welcome both walk‑in and pre‑booked clients, guide them through policies and procedures, accompany them as needed, and ensure they leave fully satisfied.
Handle documentation & payments: Accurately collect and verify client information, process payments, and complete daily financial and administrative reporting.
Manage vehicle handovers: Carry out professional vehicle inspections, conduct smooth handovers, and support clients through any damage claims or related queries.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Be fluent in English (written and spoken); any other languages are considered a plus!
At least 1 year experience in a sales focused role.
Driving license B (manual & automatic).
Familiarity with traffic and parking regulations.
Comfortable using IT devices and basic software such as e-mail and CRM.
Employment Conditions
Full-time, in person in Malta
Shift schedule spread Monday to Sunday; day-in-day-out; 08:30 - 20:30
After-hours up to twice a week on average
Basic Salary + Commission
