What You’ll Do
Customer Handling: Able to understand client’s queries & provide a satisfactory solution to retain client.
Client Service & Communication: Provide end-to-end support throughout rental duration ensuring overall satisfaction & guiding clients as per procedure.
Documentation & Payment Processing: Accurately identify clients who incur contraventions or have outstanding payments & chase for settlement.
Office Tasks: Able to assist in daily office tasks, including upkeep of booking system & liaising with all departments.
Policies & procedures: Ability to read & understand rental contracts & follow company procedures.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Be fluent in English (written and spoken); any other languages are considered a plus!
At least 1 year experience in a sales focused role.
Driving license B (manual & automatic).
Familiarity with traffic and parking regulations.
Comfortable using IT devices and basic software such as e-mail and CRM.
Employment Conditions
Full-time, in person in Malta. Candidates available on a part-time basis wil also be considered.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
Alternate weekend 08:00 - 13:00

- €21,000 - €25,000
