The role

In this role, you will act as a Fractional Integrator for a number of business clients, working directly with business owners and their leadership teams to structure and scale their business operation.

You will be instrumental in helping businesses move from instability and insecurity, including over-dependence on the business owner, to clear leadership accountability and strong execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Acting as Fractional Integrator across multiple clients at varying levels of organisational maturity

  • Stabilising, embedding and scaling business management systems at leadership level

  • Coaching and holding leadership teams accountable to disciplined execution, structure and cadence

  • Driving execution clarity, financial visibility and measurable organisational improvement

  • Supporting owners and leaders through change, decision‑making and people challenges

Desired skills and attributes

  • A genuine passion for helping people and developing leadership skills.

  • Self-confident and comfortable in discussing people issues, whether of a professional or personal nature.

  • Able to build trust, hold leaders accountable, and lead others towards problem-solving.

  • Proficient in teaching and presenting.

  • Experienced in forming teams, including hiring, performance management & firing.

  • Experienced in business planning and tracking.

Qualifications and experience

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior management, Integrator, COO or operational leadership role

  • Hands‑on experience owning business execution, not just advising on it

  • Strong financial acumen, including budgets, cashflow and forecasting

  • A Master’s degree in management, finance or a related field

Contract, location and benefits

  • Full‑time position, primarily based in Malta with occasional travel

  • Starting salary of €65,000 gross per year, increasing to €80,000 within 18 months

  • Flexible working hours

  • Extensive training in leadership development, coaching and business management methodology

  • Enhanced benefits package after the third year
