We're looking for an experienced manager to join Prospero Group's team of Business Management Coaches in Malta. In this senior role, you will work directly with business owners and their leadership teams — acting as a Fractional Integrator (an embedded senior operator who drives business structure, accountability, and execution on the owner's behalf) — helping businesses move from instability and over-dependence to clarity, discipline, and sustainable growth.

This is a full-time position, primarily based in Malta, with occasional travel to client sites.

The Role

AAs a Business Management Coach at Prospero, you will be responsible for a portfolio of business clients, at varying stages of organisational maturity, all using the business management system called EOS®. You will be their Integrator, the most senior operational person inside each client's leadership team, not an external advisor, but an embedded driver of execution, accountability, and change.

You will be instrumental in helping businesses shift from founder-dependency and reactive decision-making to clear leadership structures and consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Fractional Integrator across multiple client businesses at varying levels of organisational maturity

• Stabilise, embed, and scale business management systems at leadership level

• Coach and hold leadership teams accountable to disciplined execution, structure, and operating cadence

• Drive execution clarity, financial visibility, and measurable organisational improvement

• Support owners and leaders through change, complex decision-making, and people challenges

What We're Looking For

Experience and qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience at the highest management and decision-making level — equivalent to Managing Director, CEO, General Manager, COO, or similar

• Hands-on experience running a business, not just advising on it

• Strong financial acumen, including budgets, cashflow, and forecasting

• A Master's degree in management, finance, or a related field

Skills and attributes:

• A genuine passion for developing people and building leadership capability

• Self-confident and comfortable addressing people challenges — whether professional or personal in nature

• Proven ability to build trust, hold leaders accountable, and guide teams towards problem-solving

• Proficient in teaching, facilitating, and presenting to leadership audiences

• Experienced in team formation, including hiring, performance management, and difficult conversations

• Strong business planning and performance tracking skills

This role is suited to a senior manager who is ready to transition from running a business to transforming other businesses.
