We are looking for an Implementations Specialist whose main role is to implement our technology at the clients site and provide them with the necessary training and support to be able to operate it well.
The job responsibilities include:
Manage own projects
Implement the technologies entirely, up to Go Live & provide support in the early days
Deliver customer training
Handover completed projects to the customer support team
Provide 3rd Level support on more complex issues
If you feel you:
are natural at planning
are driven to hit deadlines
love working directly with restaurant crew
have at least 1 year experience working in a restaurant
have experience configuring software systems,

The remuneration package includes:
annual gross salary bracket of €28,000 - €35,000
