Implementation Specialist
We usually respond within three days

At Sixteen Hospitality, we're passionate about helping hospitality businesses transform the way they operate. We do this by implementing a suite of integrated technology solutions that work seamlessly within their day-to-day operations, improving efficiency, enhancing the guest experience, and driving business growth.
We're looking for an Implementation Specialist to join the Sixteen Hospitality team. This is a rewarding, client-facing role where you'll transform new customers into confident, successful users of our hospitality technology.
You'll own the implementation process from kick-off to launch, taking the time to understand each business, configure their POS and restaurant management systems, deliver engaging training, and ensure every solution is tailored for success. You'll play a key role in helping restaurants streamline operations and unlock the full potential of our products.
This is a hybrid position, combining office work, on-site client visits, and the flexibility to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of client implementation projects from onboarding through to a successful launch.
Configure, customise, and deploy our hospitality technology solutions to meet each client's operational requirements.
Set up menus, integrations, and system configurations to ensure an efficient and seamless user experience.
Deliver hands-on, on-site training to client teams, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to use the system effectively.
Provide post-launch support, ensuring a smooth transition and resolving any implementation-related queries.
Build strong relationships with clients by delivering an exceptional onboarding and implementation experience.
Complete a structured handover to the Customer Support team, ensuring ongoing support is seamless once implementation is complete.
What we're looking for
Experience working in a hospitality environment, such as restaurants, hotels, bars, cafés, or similar venues.
Knowledge implementing, configuring, or deploying software systems is an advantage.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in delivering training and building relationships with clients.
A genuine passion for hospitality and technology, with a desire to help clients get the most from our solutions.
A self-motivated and results-driven approach, taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
This role is ideal for a junior or mid-level professional looking to build a career at the intersection of hospitality and technology. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and seeing projects through to a successful launch, we'd love to hear from you.
