We're looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing to join the Sheltons leadership team in Malta. In this senior role, you'll own and grow our entire sales and marketing function. You will be expected to generate leads, close engagements with international entrepreneurs and their advisors, and build the brand of a firm that helps clients realise their cross-border ambitions.
This is a full-time leadership position based in Malta.

About the Role
As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will sit on our leadership team and take full ownership of the commercial engine of the business, from strategy through to execution. You'll be both a hands-on seller and a builder of process, brand, and pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing function as a member of the leadership team
Personally generate leads and close B2B sales with international clients
Own and manage both the Sales and Marketing core processes
Develop and execute the annual sales plan and marketing plan
Build and manage brand awareness across target markets
Set targets, track pipeline performance, and report on results
What We're Looking For
Minimum 4 years' experience selling B2B
Minimum 2 years in a management role, including sales planning
Experience working with international clients, professional referrers, and high-net-worth individuals
Hands-on experience with sales pipeline and/or CRM tools
A grounding in marketing, with involvement in branding or brand-awareness projects
A degree in a business-related field or psychology
A self-starter who is comfortable owning both strategy and execution
What We Offer
A base salary of €54,000, with realistic on-target earnings of €90,000 through uncapped sales commission
